How do I stop a class?
I understand if my child is enrolled in a program that has reoccurring monthly tuition I am continuously enrolled in the program and I will incur reoccurring monthly tuition charges on my account until I submit a Mills Gymnastics USA stop class form.  This document may be obtained from the Mills Gymnastics USA Business Office.  If you are stopping a class it must be done on or before the last day of the month.  If you stop a class after the month begins you will not receive credits and/or refunds for the remaining classes in the current month.

No.  Please understand that Mills Gymnastics USA does not give make up classes, credit, and/or refunds for but not limited to programs, class(es), clinics, camps, private lessons, birthday parties, field trips, missed and/or cancelled due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather or any other reason.  Mills Gymnastics USA does not issue refunds.  All sales are final for any product and/or service purchase and/or provided by Mills Gymnastics USA.

Why does my daughter have to wear a leotard?
For the safety of our coaches and your children, leotards are mandatory. The coaching staff is trained to spot children wearing leotards.  When a child wears a t-shirt, it makes spotting much more difficult.  Please do not send children in bathing suits, the material does not stretch like a leotard and can rip or tear easily. Leotards must not have any lacing, skirting, or beading of any kind as it can scratch a coach or the equipment.

How will I know if my child is ready to move to a different class?
Your child’s progress is continually tracked by their coaches and your child’s coach will communicate with you when they have accomplished the skills necessary to be promoted to the next class level. Anytime after that contact the Mills Gymnastics USA Business Office to make your child’s new class selection.
